小尺寸厚壁环形件轧制开裂机理探究

摘要:

为解决航空环形锻件轧制过程中经常出现的内、外径开裂缺陷问题,首先,对轧制开裂形貌及轧制过程进行了观察,发现开裂基本上均匀分布在内径或外径面、内径开裂程度大于外径、开裂基本始于棱边并向轴向及径向扩展,开裂类型基本为塑性开裂,并且小尺寸厚壁环形件开裂比例最大。而后,侧重研究了小尺寸厚壁环形件的开裂机理,并根据小尺寸厚壁环形件的轧制过程特征,建立了新的轧制成形几何模型。最后,推导出了适合于工程应用的内径轧制量表达式。为小尺寸厚壁环形件轧制开裂的分析及控制提供了内径轧制量的定量分析依据,也为轧制参数制订提供了理论支撑。

In order to solve the problem of inner and outer diameter cracking defects that often occurred in the rolling process of aviation ring forgings, first of all, the rolling cracking morphology and the rolling process were observed, and it was found that the cracking was basically evenly distributed on the inner or outer diameter surface, the inner diameter cracking degree was greater than the outer diameter, the cracking basically started from the edges and extended in the axial and radial directions,  the cracking type was basically plastic cracking, and the proportion of cracking for small-sized thick-walled ring pieces was the highest. Then, the cracking mechanism of small-sized thick-walled ring pieces was studied in detail, and based on the rolling process characteristics of small-sized thick-walled ring pieces, a new rolling forming geometric model was established. Finally, an expression for the inner diameter rolling amount suitable for engineering applications was derived, which provides a quantitative basis for the inner diameter rolling amount to analyze and control the rolling cracking of small-sized thick-walled ring pieces, and also provides theoretical support for the formulation of rolling parameters.
