防止座盆拉延件开裂的工艺改进

摘要:

由于汽车座盆型面复杂,拉延成形中极易产生破裂等缺陷。针对某车型座盆拉延工序两处开裂问题,在不改变零件材料的前提下,通过改进冲压工艺解决了开裂问题。该工艺改进方法为:在拉延模上增加刺破刀,并介绍了两种刺破刀,使裂纹只存在于工艺补充或是待切除的部位,确保了制件的成品率;在拉延工序放大过渡圆角,修边冲孔后在翻边整形工序成形出产品圆角,产品成形后没有出现开裂缺陷。生产实验表明,改进后的成形工艺所生产的汽车座盆拉延件符合零件的技术要求,所设计的拉延模具能满足大批量生产的需要。
 

Because the car cushion has many complex model surfaces,the fracture defects are often produced in drawing process. Aiming at the uneasy control of cracks for the car cushion in drawing process at two sites, the crack problem was solved by improved stamping process on the condition that part material must not be changed.The improved approach is that adding cracking punch on the drawing die which makes the cracks only exist in the parts of processing supplement or to be cutting,then the yield of products was assured,moreover, two types of cracking punch were introduced. By amplifying the round corner radius in drawing process, the part radius without crack is achieved finally in flanging and sizing process after trimming and piercing process.It is indicated by production practice that the drawing part of car cushion meets the technical requirements after the improvement of stamping process. At last,the good yield product was got, the validity of improvement was verified by the field production.
