Abstract:

For the box-shaped part of 8011-O aluminum foil with the thickness of 015 mm, the stamping for box-shaped part of aluminum foil was simulated by finite element software DYNAFROM. Then, the reasonable part structure, stamping process and die structure were determined, and the rationality of calculation was verified by trial production for box-shaped part of aluminum foil. The simulation results show that when the reasonable drawing clearance and combined blank holder are adopted, the different blank holder forces in different areas are obtained to control the flow of materials,and the qualified products are finally obtained by reasonable die structure. The comparison between the numerical simulation calculation results and the trial production results shows that the numerical simulation results are basically consistent with the trial production results, and the trial production results show that the part structure, forming process and die design are reasonable to provide a new design idea and method for the design of similar box-shaped part of aluminum foil.
