Title:Research and application on typical plastic forming machine equipment model based on OPC UA

Abstract:

In view of the lack of current research on the information model of plastic forming machine in China, for the plastic forming machine in the typical forging workshop, the modeling scheme of the information model for the plastic forming machine was proposed. Then, after determining the modeling method, combining the concept of OPC UA information model and the physical model of equipment, the data type of equipment was divided into common equipment type and private equipment type. Furthermore, the two data types were defined and modeled respectively, and the information model was descripted by example. Finally, according to the actual factory situation, the different layout methods and application methods of the information model in the workshop were proposed to achieve data communication between the equipment and the management system and reach the interconnection of equipment and equipment, and equipment and system. Thus, the application of OPC UA in the forging industry was explored and researched.
