Abstract:

 In order to improve the production efficiency of stator and rotor core punching sheet for new energy vehicle driving motor and change the inefficient and backward situation of semi-finished product transshipment and manual pick-up operation between traditional processes, the process elements such as punching process, die structure and material of stator and rotor core for new energy vehicle driving motor were studied and analyzed, and the movement and positioning accuracy of each process in punching sheet production and the cooperation program with automatic control transmission of manipulator were reasonably designed. Then,the high-speed precision rail and other devices were used to ensure the safe and reliable operation of system, and modules were integrated to make centralized control system with simple man-machine dialogue interface. Furthermore, the automatic transmission operation of punching sheet by the stator and rotor core manipulator was realized, and the safety and reliability in the production process of punching sheet were guaranteed to provide a useful idea for mass production of stator and rotor for new energy vehicle motor.
