Abstract:

In order to solve the arc surface wrinkle defect of automobile rear door inner panel,the stamping process of part was analyzed, and the optimized process of adding process convex hull in the arc surface was determined. Then, the proper stamping direction was determined, and the drawing die surface was designed by CAE technology. Furthermore, the three-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element model was established, and the drawing process of left rear door inner panel was numerically simulated. Finally, the forming limit nephogram, the reduction nephogram, the wrinkle criterion nephogram of arc surface, the thickness nephogram of arc surface and installation face in the bottom of parts after process improvement were obtained and analyzed, and the simulation was verified by engineering experiment. The results show that the numerical simulation results are consistent with the experimental results, and the wrinkle defect of arc surface is eliminated by adding process convex hull in the arc surface of left rear door inner panel.
