Title:Cost statistics method and system development of automotive stamping dies

Abstract:

 Through the systematic analysis of the cost composition for stamping die, the cost statistical models for each stage of die design and manufacturing were studied, and a comprehensive statistical model was proposed based on die design cost, material cost, manufacturing cost, assembly cost and try-outing cost. Then, the cost statistic system was second developed by software NX. Furthermore, the input parameters of cost statistic were obtained by automatically recognizing the die features to match the unit price in the database, and the corresponding costs were automatically calculated to output cost statistics in detail by Excel form. Finally, the accuracy of the statistical model and the reliability of the system were verified by an example of die cost statistic. The results show that the cost statistics system can obtain more accurate cost and high statistical efficiency, which can provide data support for the scientific decision-making of automobile die enterprises.
