Abstract:

For the problems of poor precision on reverse design and complicated design process for blade precision forging die, the block processing of the die surface cloud data was realized by VS custom algorithm, and the precision of data processing was improved. Then, the parametric modeling of curve, surface and the detection and automatic correction of the mold model were realized by the secondary development of software UG, and the efficiency of die reverse design was improved, and the integration of point cloud data processing, die reverse modeling ,detection and correction in UG were realized by MenuScript. Finally, certain parameters of the blade die design were verified by software Deform-3D, and the blade mold of the reverse design was tested and analyzed by engineering examples.
