Abstract:

The car power battery fixed bracket process was designed and analyzed based on CAE software (Dynaform), and the contents of stamping process plan were determined as blanking, drawing and trimming-piecing by a 3D digital model of CAD software (UG) with considerations of the material, structure features, precision and quality requirements. With a focus on the simulation of process design and parameters of drawing process by software Dynaform, the influences of blank-holder force, lubrication condition and drawbead parameters on the forming quality were obtained according to the forming limit diagram of simulative results. Under the conditions of blank-holder force 700 kN, liquid lubricant (friction coefficient 0.05), drawbead height 7 mm, drawbead width 11 mm, fillet radius 4 mm and slot flange radius 3 mm, the defects such as wrinkling, cracking and insufficient deformation are avoided, and the forming quality of the product is ensured.
