Abstract:

Based on nonlinear finite element software Dynaform and the unchanged friction coefficient between punch and blank, the influences of friction coefficient between die and blank on the wall thickness distribution of printing and coating aluminium covers 1716 were studied with the different friction coefficients 0.01, 0.02, 0.04, 0.08, 0.1 respectively. Then, the unchanged friction coefficient between die and blank, the influences of friction coefficient between punch and blank on the wall thickness distribution of printing and coating aluminium covers 1716 were studied with the different friction coefficients 0.1, 0.125, 0.15, 0.17, 0.18 respectively. The results show that in the last drawing process the relatively reasonable static friction coefficient between punch and blank is 0.170, and dynamic friction coefficient between die and blank is 0.020.
