Abstract:

Firstly, considering fine blanking technology,several basic requirements for fine blanking press machine were introduced, and the structural characteristics of fine blanking press were put forward. Furthermore, the production and the research status of fine blanking press at home and abroad were exhibited, and several key techniques of fine blanking press, such as slider orientation precision and rigidity, precision control technology of the top dead point and the terraced damped hydrostatic guideway technology, were discussed. According to the present development trend of fine blanking process, the major study directions of fine blanking press, such as the finite element simulation and optimization technology, electro-hydraulic control technology and fine blanking press adapting to high intensity and thick plate, were put forward. Finally, high speed, high efficiency, flexible and intelligentization were indicated as the future developing trend of fine blanking press, which would make even greater impact in the future by its less/non cutting precision machining feature.
