Title:Research on trimming line of real-time springback in laser cutting

Abstract:

 The phenomenon of stress release occurs continuously in parts during laser cutting process, which results in a continuous change of springback. Therefore, the shape of parts changes with the cutting process, and a large deviation between the laser cutting parts and initial design parts occurs. In order to solve this problem, a method of updating trimming line was put forward according to laser cutting timing sequence and considering springback step by step. The part precision affected by real-time springback trimming process was improved by calculating the springback block by block according to the cutting sequence, and then compensating the corresponding trimming line along the cutting direction. The above method was verified by the determination on a trimming line of laser cutting for Baosteel body parts.
