Abstract:

In order to meet the market demand for high-precision superfine pipe, a new superfine pipe straightening machine was designed based on the existing ten roll straightening machine, and by studying the straightening principle of the ten roll straightening machine,its key technology requirement and composing of straightening were introduced. It was discussed the structure characteristics and innovation of each major component. At the same time, the finite element model of superfine pipe straightening machine was built by finite element software Abaqus, and the superfine tube straightening process was simulated. According to design requirements, the roundness, straightness and residual stress were analyzed after straightening to prove the rationality of the superfine pipe straightening machine design.
