Abstract:

For the vertical vibration phenomenon of rolling, combining the recent achievements of mill vertical vibration, the main reason of mill vertical vibration was analyzed, namely, the increase of rolling speed led to the change of roll gap friction coefficient which caused mill vertical vibration. There was a direct relationship between performance parameters of rolling emulsion and roll gap friction coefficient, wihich was non-linear, and the performance parameters interacted with each other. Therefore, the non-linear relationship was searched by BP neural network, and based on this relationship and rolling situation, the performance parameters of emulsion were appropriately adjusted to obtain the suitable roll gap friction coefficient in order to ensure stable operation of the mill.
