Abstract:

For solving the control parameters on servo press, a mathematical state model combining the four-bar linkage servo press structure with PMSM was set up. Under the condition of the given process locus curve and the load torque curve, the rotate speed curve and response parameters of servo press, including the armature current and voltage on d-q coordinate system were obtained by calculating on MATLAB platform. Therefore, all results can help to develop the control strategy of servo motor depending on the actual process curve, provide effective calculation parameters, optimize the motor parameters and modify the process locus based on mathematical model to make sure that the process curve is controlled in the range of motor drive.
