Abstract:

24 MN FRP hydraulic press has its special technical requirements, so its pressure, speed and leveling need to be controlled. For this, the structure of hydraulic system was designed, which was NC frame type with 8 cylinders, and a control scheme based on PLC and Trio controller was put forward. PLC was mainly responsible for the systems operation, maintenance and mode switching. By changing the proportional servo valves depending on the designed control algorithm,the Trio controller was used to control the pressure, speed and leveling. The system ran well and realized the required control target through debugging.
