Abstract:

Floor tunnel part is a representative part of shape complex in the car body frame. It is extremely easy to produce springback and wrinkle in the stamping process. Therefore, its springback and wrinkling were analyzed by CAE analysis software Autoform, and the optimal process parameters of stamping force, stamping velocity, blackholder force and springback compensation etc. were obtained. The optimal process parameters are determined as stamping speed 5000 mm·s-1, blank holder force 1200 kN and drawbead moving outwards 4mm. After that, the forming process test was carried out with the optimal process parameters. The test results show that the springback of forming part can be controlled from -0.626 to 0.937 mm, while wrinkling in the product disappears. As a result, some qualified channel floor parts are obtained.
