Title:Research on the simulation of electromechanical system of servo press motor

Abstract:

For the weakness in speed and torque curves when controlling the servo crank press, the analysis on the servo crank press was carried on. Their working processes were combined and simulated with the Matlab/Simulink platform based on their digital models. Considering the mutual coupling effect of the motor system, the simulation of response torque, rotation speed and three-phase electric current were recorded in the working mode of crank load and tension draw. Taking the parameters of a small open press as an example, the graphs of torque, rotation speed and three-phase electric current were obtained by simulation analysis. It is showed that the actual curve of rotation speed, electric current and torque under specific conditions can be obtained by modifying the process curve and the parameters, and it also contributes to the further improvement of the vector control and the optimization of parameters in servo crank press process.
