Abstract:

 Through the method of artificial pre-deformation and aging,the strain aging treatment  on hot rolled H-shaped steel was done. The effects of strain aging on low cycle fatigue life, cyclic stress response and cyclic toughness of hot rolled H -shaped steel were studied. The results show that  hot rolled H-shaped steel and strain aging H-shaped steel both show excellent cycle characteristics,which are all the fatigue cycle with cycle-stability-based; hot rolled H-shaped steel and strain aging H-shaped steel both have good low cycle fatigue toughness, and strain aging H-shaped steel has less influence on low cycle fatigue toughness of H steel.
