Abstract:

In order to give a more comprehensive evaluation to positioning precision of press bottom dead center of mechanical press, a new approach to evaluate the bottom dead center precision was used combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE). Four evaluation parameters were proposed, which included the bottom dead center average BDCa, bottom dead center ten point height BDCz, bottom dead center mean square deviation BDCq and bottom dead center maximum fluctuation BDCy. The AHP was used to establish the evaluation indices system of the bottom dead center precision evaluation and determine the weights for all evaluation indices, while the fuzzy theory was introduced to analysis the multi-parameter evaluation for the bottom dead center positioning precision combining the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method. The evaluation has a certain objectivity and rationality to avoid the error caused by human factors as far as possible.
