Abstract:

 The stove burner needs blanking, drawing, shaping, piercing, flanging, flange bending,pre-bending, flattening and other processes to be produced for its complicated structure. The structure, stamping processes and schemes of stove burner were analyzed, then the fourteen positions progressive stamping processes for manufacturing  parts was determined and the layout was designed. The structural features of overall structure, cam driver bending and hemming-flattening structure were studied, and the main parts of progressive die were designed and improved. The production tests prove that the die structure is reasonable, reliable and high efficient, and suitable for mass production of parts in stove burner.
