Abstract:

 A spinning method based on coil welding tubular blank was put forward to overcome the limitation of complex process, low precision, poor quality and low production efficiency deformed by welding or spinning based on machining tubular blank, and the near net shape forming of large slenderness ratio cylinders with different diameters was then realized. The spinning forming process and flow spinning pattern were obtained through the technology analysis of parts. The reasonable range of reduction ratio per pass during isometric spinning with double rollers was determined through experimental research. The qualified large slenderness ratio cylinders with different diameters was produced based on the compound spinning forming methods, including flow spinning, necking spinning and flanging spinning,and the material utilization rises over 78%.
