Abstract:

Multi-pass drawing spinning process is complex, and the spinning part forming quality and dimensional accuracy are directly affected by the selection and matching between roller-traces and process parameters. Therefore, the study of the different roller-traces and process parameters on the multi-pass drawing spinning is of important significance. The plasticity of Al6061 and SPCC were investigated. The influence of different trajectories and parameters on the quality during deep drawing spinning was studied. The results show that under the same conditions of other parameters, the most uniform thickness of spinning parts were obtained using the roller-trace of convex and concave curves with round trip feed and no-pass foil advancing. While, all the convex and concave curves with round trip feed and no-pass foil advancing can be taken for plates in multi-pass drawing spinning; the bigger the installation angle of roller and the larger the feed ratio, the easier the wrinkle.
