Abstract:

According to the requirements of shape and product of a whole side plate, the process of typical parts was analyzed.On the basis of previous experience for similar parts,the over drawing process was adopted in the sharp change area of part surface,and the convex closure process was adopted in the lower area of doorframes. The side-frame outer panel drawing forming was simulated with AutoForm software in the design of process surface, and many adjustments of the drawing process were carried out,including the addendum, binder surface, blank outline,drawbead,blank-holder force and die round corner. The model of optimized process was obtained, the work processes of outer panel were formulated,and the qualified products were obtained,which provides reference for stamping the similar parts.
