Abstract:

Utilizing the digital design method, and supported by Access data base and Visual Studio exploitation environment as well as the exploitation tool C#, a knowledge-based system of the hydroforming process of thin-walled parts was exploited. Also the structure, approaches and the central technology were analyzed. The parameter structure for hydroforming process was established by the base, which makes users be convenient on the simulation about the thin-walled parts hydroforming process using the former design experience, a optimization scheme for the process was created. Based on the base and finite element model,the predication for the thin-walled parts forming quality was realized and the auxiliary calculation,rapid design and improvement of the efficiency were achieved.
