During the PED/AD2000-W0 certification, many flange manufacturers are not familiar with the technical requirements of the relevant specifications and standards. The major technical requirements of product standard, test group, test requirements and chemical and mechanical properties for material: S235JRG2, 1.4301, 1.4401 according to the directive of PED 97/23/EC and code of AD2000 were summarized. This will provide an index for drawing up of the procedure documents and work instructions, improve the product quality,and strengthen the competitiveness for the manufacturers to expand the Eumarket.
