Abstract:

The temperature field, stress field, strain field, metal flow pattern as well as torque of metal continuous extrusion forming process at the different wheel angular velocities were obtained through establishing the numerical simulation model of continuous extrusion for special shaped copper tube using Deform software. Through systematic analysis, the simulation results and the data, the influence of the different wheel angular velocities to continuous extrusion forming process was determined in order to provide basic data and theoretical basis for further experiments of continuous extrusion for special shaped copper tube.
