Abstract:

In order to complete no lubrication extrusion on domestic 35 MN extruder, and reduce waste generation, by analyzing the material properties of 2A12 alloy and the structure characteristics of domestic 35 MN extruder, the transform of the extruder perforation needle system structure was performed and a no lubrication pipe extrusion experiment of the 2A12 alloy pipe on the machine was made. The experimental results show that the no lubrication pipe extrusion of 2A12 alloy can be realized in the proper control of process parameters, such as the extrusion speed,extrusion temperature and heating temperature.The inner surfaces of the extrusion product has good quality, its eccentricity is also improved greatly.
