Abstract:

Sheet metal forming performance depends not only on the materials properties of sheet metal itself and the sheet metal anisotropic and forming process conditions, such as forming speed. Taking DC06 steel as an research object,the mechanical properties of sheet material of different orientations and different deformation speeds were studied. The DC06 steel material specimen of different orientation was studied by WDW-100 microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine, using different tensile rate. The results show that DC06 is sensitive to tensile rate and when the tensile rate is 10mm·min-1, the forming properties of the material are best, and the material orientation has a relatively large impact on its formability.
