Abstract:

Front axle is one of the important load parts in automobiles. the possibility of the front axle vertical finishing process was analyzed,the process parameters and mold structure of vertical finishing process were  simulated and optimized with the help of computer numerical simulation technology. A kind of vertical finishing mold with hydraulic clamping system was designed on the basis of simulations. After vertical finishing process in the vertical finishing mold, the upper and lower surfaces of the spring seat are flattening, which can be drilled bolt holes and mounted directly. It is benefit for reducing the subsequent processing amount and meeting,which mounting requirements of spring seat.
