Abstract:

An optimization method of drawbead design was proposed based on the developed multiprocess management system. First, the serialized process plan was generated automatically with the management system and each plan was analyzed in parallel in the computer cluster with the incremental method. Then, the drawbead process parameters were optimized according to the calculated results, and the drawbead geometry parameters  could be calculated with the optimized process parameters reversely. Finally, an example was tested to verify the feasibility of the method.
