Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of crank press stroke electric regulation and realization of double point press synchronous adjustment, combined with the structure and characteristics of crank press, a new stroke adjustment structure was designed. The main features of the structure are through the planetary gear to realize the crankshaft and an eccentric sleeve reverse rotation to change the equivalent eccentric. The regulating principle is simple, reliable and feasible. It can fully meet the crank press stroke electric adjustment requirement; the same time also can realize double point press travel synchronous adjustment.
