Abstract:

The 190 mm pitch track linkdie forming process was numerically simulated, and  the track link forging process metal flow law was obtained. The fold defects of the forming process were analyzed, and the piercing skin and forging billet structure were optimized for solving the problem of fold .Through the test of practice, the forging could meet the technical requirements. At the same time, the new die saved raw materials and reduced the production cost.
