Abstract:

The advanced designing work of group press frame, moving crossbeam and guiding device, main working cylinder, returning device, upper die clamping device and table shifting device of modern hydraulic press body were introduced, and the main design points and the most common design approaches of some components were analyzed simply. The advanced design features of the press body include the pre-stressed frame structure, the adjustable clearance flat guidance with wedge, the plunger joint structure including two ball lenses and one swiveling pin, fast-changing upper die clamping device and so on.
