Abstract:

During pre-forging shape design of blade body, the final forging process including different pre-forging forms and transverse cross positions of different twist angles along blade body were simulated by using Deform-2D finite element analysis software. The final forging forming and quality effected by different pre-forging shapes of blade body were analyzed in details through comparing some key factors such as formability, deformation uniformity, loss of heat before deformation, etc. Then, based on traditional model, improved shape was designed and optimal pre-forging shape of blade body was obtained finally.
