Abstract:

The motion process of transmission system for the high-speed press with a new oval gear-crank and connecting rod mechanism was analyzed, and kinematic equations were established. According to the high-speed press being researched, the dynamic model of oval gear-crank and connecting rod mechanism was established by ADAMS. The slider displacement, velocity and acceleration curves were simulated and analyzed, and the influence of oval gear eccentricity e and crank radius R on the motion was researched. The results show that compared with motion curves of common crank and connecting rod mechanism, oval gear-crank and connecting rod mechanism has features as smooth displacement, low speed and acceleration near the bottom dead center(B.D.C) of the slider,which help to maintain stable and high precision in the process of high-speed stamping.
