Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the current status of small and medium stamping industry,  the current punch feeding mechanisms were assessed and explained an economical automatic feeding manipulator invented by the author was introduced. Besides, the structure of the manipulator was explained and the theoretical and the actual performance index was acquired with the analysis of the motion principle and process and the application of enterprises. Finally, a outlook to the automatic production line formed by the manipulator was given.
