Abstract:

The results of the renovated tubular crystallizers quality with higher precision and complicated shape inner wall by explosive forming technique in recent years were summarized. The renovating process on the basis of many explosions and numerical simulation was analyzed. The analysis shows that the crystallizers forming precision is very good and explosive hardening effect is evident using explosive forming. Many affecting factors are important to forming quality including the quantity of explosive etc. This will establish the base how to put in use the forming technique availably for next step.
