Abstract:

The drawing process of internal panel of tail gate was simulated based on dynamic FEM eta/Dynaform. The causes of drawing defects,such as cracks and wrinkles were analyzed. And the reason why drawing defects can not be fully eliminated by only setting drawbead parameters was analyzed. Considering the importance of setting stamping parameters and the optimization for die face in the product quality,the drawing defects were eliminated through adjusting stamping parameters in conjunction with optimization of die face, which was verified via the simulation experiment. The drawing quality of internal panel of tail gate is significantly improved.
