Abstract:

The complex disc component is one of the common machining parts. With the rapidly development of modern economy, the plastic forming technology in the complex disc components is applied widely. Aiming at the question of big deformation force during plastic forming for the complex disc components, several methods and processes for reducing the deformation force effectively during plastic forming process in recent years were summarized,which not only can provide technical guidance for forming large and complex disc components with smaller equipment, but also can provide ideas for realizing less-loading forming during forming process of other complex disc components.
