The forging lifting rotary table is used to realize U-turn forging when breaking and forging axial parts in forging workshop，which is equipped with straight moving type forging manipulator，and placed in operation between the machine and forging manipulator . The device can realize forgings of Φ300-Φ2600 mm in diameter and 30-180 t in weight with 360° rotation at any angles. The whole frame, horizontal and vertical disc spring group, wheel-oriented hydraulic cylinder hinged were used in the device，which can maximum buffer the impact form forgings，ensure its stability and extend the service life greatly.
