Abstract:

In order to solve the problems that mechanical crank press pressure travel is very small, the pressure travel can not be adjusted and the hydraulic machine has lower travels during sheet metal stamping and deep drawing, a new type of travel controlled press was designed through the structural characteristics comparison of crank presses and hydraulic presses combined with the advantages of mechanical lever presses and hydraulic presses, repeated mechanical motion simulation, hydraulic simulation and optimizing the size. The press pressure of the air travel itinerary and load can be controlled, and the pressure travel can be changed within a certain range. Additionally, the press travel total trip volume is high, the height of the mold can be assembled in a large range and the universal ability is wide.
