Abstract:

The mechanical motion simulation of crank\|slider servo press and the control system simulation of servo motor were carried on. The mechanical motion simulation was carried out to obtain the motion curves of the slider, and the motor simulation was mainly based on the analysis and mathematical modeling of vector control theory of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM). Matlab/Simulink was used to build the simulation model. The simulation results indicate that the model system is in accord with the PMSM. In the end, different response curves were obtained by giving the motor different torques, the control strategy of servo motor can be improved via the analyse of curves, and then the working performance of servo press can be also improved.
