Abstract:

Springback is a key factor that influences the dimension and shape precision of AHSS part during the stamping process. In order to study springback characteristics of  DP600 AHSS cross member absorption rear part, FEM was used to analysis the forming, trimming and springback process of the part. And springback fluctuation range of the part was obtained. Then the die compensation method was put forward for the springback control. The experiment results show that the shape precision is improved effectively after using the springback control method.
