Abstract:

The deep-drawing is an important forming method of plate processing. The force-loading speed has a large impact on the qualities of product in deep-drawing process, which was detected by using acoustic emission technology. The AE signals were analysed.The results show that the AE signal of deep-drawing process have a large number differentia at different force-loading speeds. With the increasing of the force-loading speed,the AE energy, ring count and amplitude is increased from 550 mV·μs to 2700 mV·μs, 600 times to 1700 times, 60 dB to 78 dB,respectively.
