Abstract:

The important and typical component of after-burners heat shield has a few special characterics, such as geometrical complexity, hard-formability materials, complicated process,etc. Based on the national produced high-temperature alloy GH4199, the whole forming process was studied one by one and the key parameters during huge-amount holes manufacturing and sheet forming of wave shape were explored. Finally, all the research results were verified successfully. The technical process was improved and the frock structure was optimized, which form a series of thin structure forming process faced to high-temperature alloy. It has some theoretical and practical significance for the fabrication of the afterburner casing cavity insulation parts and the application of the material alloy GH4199.
