Abstract:

The whole forming process including the structure analysis and deep drawing were investigated for the airplane rectifying cover of a foreign component,and the key technologies, such as blank shape, drawing ratio definition, blank holding force and calculation of forming force were optimized.With consideration of the general rule for the same type component, the stress character and its basic forming theories were discussed. The research results are applied in actual production,which makes the good results and provides theory and practice basis for adjusting of stamping moulds and selecting of forming parameters, meanwhile it also greatly improves the forming quality and production efficiency and plays a great role in practice.
