Abstract:

Through analyzing the working principle of variable frequency drive hydraulic crumbs cake machine, the mathematical model was set up. Using MATLAB/SIMULINK software platform, the simulation model was built, and dynamic characteristics of system was simulated. By changing the parameters of frequency hydraulic system, the research on impact of dynamic characteristics was carried out because of modifying specific parameters. Simulation results show that reducing oil bulk modulus and increasing system leakage coefficient have a great influence on dynamic characteristics, which can drop down system pressure responsiveness and slow down responsiveness and stability of piston speed, but adding load on system has little effect for dynamic characteristics.
