Abstract:

Using CNC press is a development trend of pressure processing industry. It has characteristics of good processing quality and high efficiency. An open architecture system of the CNC press control system was put forward,the basic functions of the open architecture CNC press control system were set forth, the system`s hardware configuration and control system`s software design methods of this open CNC press control system were given. Finally, the validity and applicability of this design were illustrated by practical application examples. The results show that it is an open CNC press control system with simple structure, functional and practical and relatively higher cost performance.
