Abstract:

Draw-spinning is one of the most common and representative spinning forming methods. The principle of multi\|process drawing spinning and the NC characteristic of MC2000 playback machine were introduced. The drawing spinning and reducing spinning of Q235(4 mm,6 mm) and 1060 (9 mm) plates were tested by circle-arc roller(R70 mm,R10 mm).The results show that big radius of roller is propitious to metal flow; increasing roller feed is led to wrinkle; the thinning ratio of Q235 and 1060 reaches to 40% and 50% respectively.
